1- Registration in the System

The corresponding author must first create a personal account and register in the journal's article-management system via the "Submit Article" section on the journal's website.

2- Uploading the Article

After logging into the account, the corresponding author shall fill in the required information and upload the article file, ensuring the following:

• The article file must not contain the author's name, any identifying information, or any indication thereof, so that the file is ready for peer review and to ensure impartial evaluation.
• Full adherence to the journal's writing and publishing guidelines in terms of structure and formatting.

3- Tracking Through the System

All stages of tracking the article's status are conducted exclusively through the author's personal page in the journal's system. Authors must regularly check their accounts for the latest updates.

4- Official Communication Channels

For follow-up: The journal communicates exclusively with the corresponding author regarding the status of the submission.
For inquiries: The sole official communication channel is the journal's official email address.
