AL-Daleel Journal
Evaluation and Review Procedures

1- All manuscripts submitted to Al-Daleel undergo a thorough initial screening to verify that they meet all submission requirements. After this screening, the manuscript is sent to specialized reviewers whose expertise matches the subject of the paper.

2- To ensure rigorous scientific evaluation, more than one reviewer is assigned to each manuscript. All reviewers' comments are carefully considered to help the author further improve the quality of the article.

3- Once the review process is completed, the author is notified of the required revisions. After the author incorporates the necessary changes, the revised manuscript must be resubmitted to the journal, after which it is sent again to the relevant specialists for a final decision.

4- The final step in the process is the decision of the Editor-in-Chief, who determines whether the manuscript is suitable for publication. Although the Editor-in-Chief takes the reviewers' reports into consideration, the final decision rests solely with the Editor-in-Chief and is not bound by the reviewers' recommendations.
